Brand Assets and Rights Notice

The Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence International Film Festival Association is the festival organiser and highest governing body. Guided by a non-profit mission, it advances creation, exchange, research and professional development in AI cinema.

HKAIIFF and HKAIFF are registered brands of the Association. 香港AI國際電影節, 香港人工智能國際電影節, 香港人工智能國際電影節協會, Hong Kong AI International Film Festival, Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence International Film Festival Association, and the associated official names, abbreviations and logos are brand assets of the Association.

The Association maintains unified protection and licensing of these brands and the official logos, visual identity, promotional materials, original website content and brand materials in which it holds rights. All related rights are reserved.

Without authorisation, no person may use the brands of the Association to conduct or claim official hosting, partnership, sponsorship, agency, commercial recruitment, payment collection, certification or award activities. Impersonating the Association, imitating its official websites or accounts, forging authorisations, documents or certificates, and other misleading uses of its names or logos are prohibited.

Use of official brand materials must comply with the accompanying usage terms. Authorisation must remain within its agreed purpose, duration and scope. Downloading materials, submitting works, participating in activities or receiving correspondence does not grant brand rights or authority to represent the Association.

The Association will pursue infringement and impersonation through lawful means and seek cessation, removal of infringing content, corrective measures and compensation.

Hong Kong AI International Film Festival Limited (香港人工智能國際電影節協會有限公司; Registration No. 77536113) is the operating organisation under the Association and undertakes the relevant operations of hkaiiff.org and its ecosystem.
